Returns Policy

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • You have 7 days days to return an item from the date you have purchased.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in same condition that you received it.

  • Please note it will be your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us at any time.

I have changed my mind / purchased wrong product by mistake

  • You have 7 days days to return an item from the date you have purchased.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in same condition that you received it.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund as store credit to your account or exchange for correct item.

  • If you believe there are no suitable products at that time for exchang for your returned item we can process a refund as store credit to your account.

  • Please note it will be your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us any time.

I received the wrong Item / I didn't order this

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in same condition that you received it.

  • Please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will arrange a pick up of your item free of charge for this inconvenience. 

Item no longer works or faulty within the warranty period

  • If your product is faulty or stopped working completely within it's warranty period we may need to send your faulty item back to our supplier and exchange for a replacement.

  • This process can take weeks especially if your item needs a repair by a third party if arranged by our supplier.

  • To be eligible your item must be in it's original packaging.

  • Please note it will be your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us any time.

Product arrived damaged in transit

  • If your product has been damaged in transit en route to your address we will need to investigate further with the courier company.
  • Unfortunately items in transit with courier / transport companies are out of our control, but we will work closely with you for a positive outcome.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • (Please note: We won't be able to provide refunds or replacements for damaged goods caused in transit.)

False claims

  • False faulty item claim: If you return a product that is not faulty you may be liable for courier charges to return the product back to you.

  • False damages in transit claim: We investigate further with the transport company for any damages to your item while en route to your delivery address. You may be liable for courier charges to return the product back to you and may be denied any refunds.
